Ballet is an expensive art form to produce. Ticket sales cover only a portion of the costs to operate the Company; donor support provides the foundation for us to present the caliber of performances audiences have come to expect from Commonwealth Ballet. Our strong volunteer commitment keeps costs low, but we need the support of the community at-large in order to thrive. This support comes from individual donations, our Friends of Commonwealth Ballet program, corporate contributions and the support of regional cultural organizations.
